As a reminder, the Angelina College Procurement Assistance Center (ACPAC) provides assistance to businesses in competing and winning government contracts. If a company wants to take advantage of the counseling, bid matching, and other services offered by ACPAC, then you must register to become a client of ACPAC.
How to Become a Client
Step 1 - Prerequisites
Must have internet access.
Must have an e-mail address.
Step 2 - On Line Registration
Application for Information or Services
This is an online registration that will provide initial information on you and your company. It is requested you fill this out and then continue on with the remainder of the steps.
This is a detailed client profile, which will allow ACPAC to create your bid match keywords.
Step 5 - Receive Information from ACPAC
Based on your Client Profile, you will begin receiving Bid Match e-mails from ACPAC. These will identify if you have any bid matches for the day. If you do have bid matches, click on the link and you will be taken to a website that has your current and past three weeks of bid matches.
Occasionally, you will receive e-mails from ACPAC providing information on upcoming events or contracting news.
You will need to check the "Contracting Events" link to see updated events. This is not all inclusive, but events that ACPAC feels are important to their clients.
Step 6 - Feedback
ACPAC is not a mind reader.
You need to let us know when you are not getting the information you need.
If your bid matches are not giving the matches you need, you have to let us know.
If you have any questions on almost anything, ask and we will see if we can provide you assistance.
